3/4 leather binding; spine and tips of glossy vermilion, marbled boards and endpapers. Slightly darkened tips of front. Vivid gold design on spine (possibly restored, possibly just well-preserved). Includes a ribbon marker. Text incredibly clean, only very sparse foxing along the edges of pages.
